• This policy covers the PC game Bad Kitty.

• It does not cover any third‑party platforms or services you use to access the game (e.g., Epic Games or Steam).

Our position in short

• We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.

• We do not run our own servers for Bad Kitty.

• Online features (multiplayer, cloud saves, achievements, leaderboards, matchmaking, and related networking) are provided by platform providers (Epic Games and/or Steam) and their services.

What we don’t collect

• We do not collect or store personal data from players.

• We do not use analytics, ads, telemetry, or our own crash reporting.

• We do not request device permissions such as camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.

• We do not offer in‑game purchases.

What is handled by platform providers

• When you play on Epic Games or Steam, those platforms may process data needed to provide platform features (e.g., your account ID, profile name, friend list if you choose to use it, achievements, cloud saves, matchmaking/networking data).

• Multiplayer is peer‑to‑peer and uses Epic Online Services and/or Steam networking. Networking data (such as IP addresses) may be processed transiently to establish and maintain connections. Breaker Game Studios does not receive or retain this data.

• Any purchases, account management, and parental controls are handled by the platform provider.

Children

• Because we do not collect personal data, we do not retain it. If you email us, we will use your email address and any information you provide only to respond, and then we will delete it unless we’re legally required to keep it.

• To access, correct, or delete information processed by Epic Games or Steam, please contact those providers directly through their privacy portals. If you contact us about data we might incidentally receive (e.g., via email), we will assist where possible.

Security
